Shoreline Tours is run by 2 partners. Captain Mike, and his daughter Angela. The business was taken over from Captain Steve, Mike’s friend for years and a local Agassiz Resident. So in a way it’s been kept in the family. Between the 2 of them they take pride in running the business smoothly by using their individual strengths to make each guest experience unique. Captain Mike has been on boats his whole life and has actively worked in the marine industry for the last 15 years. Mike has his Master limited and chief engineer ticket, he ensures the Laroan is maintained and is always adding his own touch on upgrades. Angela comes from a Hospitality and Customer Service background. Angela is the voice of the business answering all customer inquires, planning events, and running marketing & advertising. We put our hard work and passion into this business, and we look forward to seeing you out on the Lake.
About the Laroan
Shoreline Tours has been operating on Harrison Lake since 2001. Our 62 ft “Laroan” was locally built in Kelowna, BC by Three Buoys Builders. The Laroan was launched on it's maiden voyage in 1988. To assist our fully certified Capitan's, we have the newest marine technology including fully automated auto guidance and auto pilot, sonar, and radar. Cruising speed is 7 knots powered by twin turbo Mercury diesels, and a 10kw diesel generator.
