Where is the boat located?

Our boat is located the dock directly in front of the Harrison Hot Springs Resort. so driving directing are to 100 Esplanade Ave, Harrison Hot Springs. When coming for a cruise please do not stay up at the hotel at the time of your tour, come down to the boat to line up.

Where is parking?

We do not have a designated parking are for our tours. Please click link for more information on Parking in the Village. Pay Parking is in Effect May 15 - Sept 15 each summer. Outside of peak summer months Parking in Harrison is free.

One block back from pay parking there are some free spots, on very busy weekends in the summer we do recommend the overflow lot in Harrison. The overflow lot is on the right side as you come into town 1 block past the elementary school you turn right on Miami River Dr.

Can I bring my own food & beverage?

We are a licensed restaurant so food and beverage is available for purchase during our tours. Because we are licensed restaurant we are not able to allow guests to bring their own food and beverage. Wheelchair Access?

We do have a ramp leading up to the boat however there is still a step to get on. Wheelchairs can only be accommodated if the individual can be lifted onboard by members of their own group, or exit the chair to board the vessel. Our washrooms are not wheelchair accessible.

Cancellation policy?

No Refunds, No cancellations. All Sales are final regardless of weather, air quality, and other circumstances beyond our control.You must be on time for your reservation. The boat DEPARTS at the time of your reservation and we do not wait for late arrivals.

To change the date of your booking contact us no later than 48 hours prior to your reservation. Last minute re-bookings are NOT permitted and are considered a no-show for your reservation, no refunds or re-booking will be accepted.
